Terms

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT at the applicable rate — the amount shown is the amount charged, and a VAT invoice is issued for every payment. Audit engagements are 50% on signature, 50% on delivery of the report. Operator travel outside Greater London is quoted separately. Multi-site and multi-function scopes are quoted from the Full Audit + On-site baseline. Monthly packages are billed monthly with 30 days’ notice.

Yes. Every engagement runs under a written agreement signed by the business owner or board, with a mutual NDA. Our operator works a real role with your consent, no covert recording of individuals, and no findings are attributed to a named employee. Where local employment or works-council rules require staff notification, we follow them and adjust the cover story accordingly.
