Most consultancy arrives in a meeting room, interviews the people who are available, reads the reports the business already produces, and hands back a version of what it was told. It is honest work, and it inherits every blind spot of its source.
We took the opposite route. Put a trained operator inside the business on real shifts, let them experience the process as a new employee does, and reconcile what they log against the operational data nobody has time to interrogate. The observation supplies the anecdote. The AI layer turns it into a pattern with a number attached.
